Start: 2 minutes — Clean up the desktop
- Move loose files into a single temporary folder named “Inbox”.
- Delete obvious duplicates or shortcuts.

- Apply two universal tags (e.g., Project and Status) to everything in “Inbox”.
- Example tags: Project:Website, Project:Finance; Status:Draft, Status:Final.

- Create two simple rules: move invoices (keyword “invoice” or PDF) to /Finance and images to /Media.
- Enable rule preview, then run on “Inbox”.
